Jubilee Clinic: Bringing Healthcare to the Community

The Jubilee Park Community Clinic, opened in 2022, ensures that residents have access to affordable, quality healthcare right in the heart of their community. Our clinic offers wraparound services through key partnerships with Parkland Health for medical and dental care, Jewish Family Service for mental health counseling, and Jubilee’s Health & Wellness team for preventive programs.

This holistic approach addresses a wide range of health needs, from routine medical visits to mental health support, all designed to ensure equitable, high-quality care for the Jubilee Park community.

Clinical services provided by Parkland Health and Jewish Family Service at the Jubilee Park Community Clinic have their own intake and insurance requirements. All programming provided through Jubilee Park & Community Center’s Health & Wellness Team is offered at no cost to all registered participants. This includes yoga, Zumba, youth sports, cooking classes, parenting support classes, and more!
